      Let us introduce ourselves; we are Brian and Kelly Ritchie, owners of Mr. Steam’s Valley Steam Carpet Clean. We started out in 1995 as A Clean Sweep Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning. In 1996, we bought into Valley Steam Carpet Clean which was established in 1976 and have been running under that name since. We grew from a one van operation to a four van fleet in only five years. All of our technicians have been well-trained and educated and we are a certified IICRC firm. We are also a member of the trade association PCUCA. In 2006, we had the opportunity to buy out Mr. Steam, a company that was established in 1983, in the Sun Valley area. By doing so, we also got out of flood restoration work and now specialize in textile cleaning only.

      Both carpet cleaning companies have an outstanding reputation and are well known in each of their own areas. So we have combined the names to create Mr. Steam’s Valley Steam; servicing both the Wood River Valley and Magic Valley as one firm. We are the only certified firm in Southern Idaho with a twelve step cleaning system, which allows us to guarantee the most outstanding carpet cleaning experience ever.
